DAY 71

Montélimard Nougats
boiling the sugar mixture and the also the honey
playing with fire
the 3 types of nuts
the rice paper
putting it on the rice paper
spreading it out (or at least trying, lol!)

the "sandwhich"
adding the icing sugar for an easy rolling
rolling it out
cutting into uniform pieces
wrapping them up all pretty

White & Black Rocks
rolled in the wafers
the praline chocolate
dipping it in
all done

Muscadine
pipped out on the parchment paper
dipping in the chocolate
rolling in the icing sugar
hardening, but finished
