Beignet Amande filling the molds putting the glaze on the final product
Biscuit façon Brownies first stage of carmelizing the hazelnuts brownies just out from the oven :) piping the chocolate genache adding the carmelized hazelnuts the finished product, with the chocolate "Ritz" squares
