Chocolate Tart with Cocoa Bean Nougatine
straightening the crust
the chocolate cream filling
the chocolate icing
cocoa bean nougatine added
making the nougatine
just out of the oven
cooling off in the molds

Blueberry Tart
Almond Cream filling
the added blueberries
glazing
the almond boarder
sugar snowing in paris, lol

DAY 31

Dolce de Leche Tarte
the ice cream
dripping the chocolate over the ice cream
adding the coconut
onto the tart
the apple topping
chocolate "Ritz" chocolate

Florentin aux Amandes
mixing it up
putting it into the molds

Gaspacho de crabe
the crab mixture
a layer of gaspacho
a layer of the vegetable puree
a dullop of sour cream
the garnish

Gelée de Café au Mascarpone
the pineapple/orange/ ginger thing
adding the mascarpone
topping it off with the coffee ice

Oeuf Brouillé en Coque
cracking the shell
filling the shell with the cooked egg
adding the salmon eggs
the garnish

Some Raspberry thing
whisking the the gelatinus syrup
mashing the raspberries
pouring the raspberry gelatinus/syrup in the cups
the finished product with the rasberries in it

Soupe à Champignons
cutting the apples
the soup with the citrus soaked apple garnish
